The bed was pretty comfortable but no memory foam mattress. The room had a separate living room and a bedroom with a tub (with a shower and a standalone shower. We recently stayed at the North Star Mohican Resort and Casino in Bowler WI and were fortunate to receive the Suite with a kitchenette. Ok so at time of drawing they say they've picked then moment later they announce there experiencing technical difficulties which I'd really like to know what kinda difficulties because I feel it was personal like they needed to recheck my entries or my status so then wait and wait till after 10 pm and step out for 5 mins in that tiny meantime bunch of people start messaging and callingme say they had picked n called my name So I hurry back within minutes and they have a gentlemen up there already Now how does that seem fair at all I was THERE at the time of the drawing that's what the rules say I am on camera in the casino from 8:44 to like 10:08 and outside on the property of the casino where your supposed to be till at least 10:12pm I come back immediately and run in and now I get nothing.I feel like I was ripped off I was there at drawing time how is it any of my fault they had technical difficulties all they did was pick a name.I won I would appreciate my winnings please.This is not rite or fair I believe at all to me being denied the prize because of the casinos technical difficulties especially when I followed the rules and was there at the 'time ' of the drawing! I'm going to complain and write to the GM of North Star and to every tribal council member until something fair is done here.

I am a tribal member who has spent a lot of money there in the cpl months, so much I'm almost a pural card and went this evening to put my entries in for the drawing held tonight at '9:29' so I was there at 5:44 pm to enter all my entries I've earned this past week 50+ entries.
